I am going CRAZY over my Subaru Legacy Turbo 92 eng. EJ20G

Hi everyone!
Iam from Sweden and need i little help with my car. Having problems with the ignition, no spark on cylinder1, have measured the cables and swithed the coil to another place then it works. I think the problem is the ECU, the problem is that i cant find a used or a new one, do you know someone who has one?
I was also wondering if the problem could be the ignitor?

Have you checked the relays for fuel pump and for starter? Have you replaced the coil. Changed the plugs? An EJ20G ECU isn't going to be easy to find in the US because we never got that motor here.

the car is running but only on three cylinders, (feels like a old subaru trendy) have changed sparks and there is no problem with the coil until i put it in contact for cylinder1 then it does not work (strange)

Sparkplug wire tester - if the misfire problem on #1 goes away when you swap (say) #1 wire onto #3, then it means the plug wire or sparkplug is bad. If it remains (the misfire goes to #3) then the problem is likely your coilpack.

I doubt it's the ECU.

it is separate coil to every spark, so if i take cylinder1 coil and put it in cylinder 2 connection it works

Hold on - so have you checked your sparkplugs?

new sparks on all four cylinders, i have made all the basic steps i think, need new ideas

So when you disconnect the plug wire from #1 and attach it to #3, do you get proper spark in #1 cylinder?

I still think it's your coil.

i dont think its the coil, cause if i use the same coil but in another contact it works perfectly, there is something called ignitor what does that one?

i think i have found the problem, it is the ignitor that is the problem. Have found the right one in New Zealand, Is there someone who have bought stuff here and know how it works. yippie yippie the car is working as it is supposed to, a new ignitor and i got spark on cylinder1, thank you for the help with ideas.
