hey all,

I have a 93 legacy and the owner before me put in some unknown touch creen (says LM on it, but can't find out if this is the brand) and it also has a 6 CD/DVD changer that is mounted under my pass seat. Well low and behold my sunroof leaked and left me with 2 inches of water in that footwell, sending my changer for a swim. Obviously didnt like this and now I am stuck with no cds/dvds. I went to my local Audio/tint place :S and as I already knew, he said it was really old and that the best bet wpould be to get a whole new deck that has everything built in, but I saw the kind of job that the previous owner did under the dash adn don't want to have to spend the money/time to change it all out.

FINALLY to my question: is there anyway that, when I post pictures of my CD changer, that I could possibly buy a different changer adn change the connectors?? Or am I SOL??

Depends entirely on the make, model and connector type of the new changer. Honestly you should just go to an MP3 single din unit. You'll save space, and spend less on discs. Rewiring the stereo system isn't that difficult.
