Left turn sig

so when i turn on the left turn sig the damn thig goes fast as hell(right is normal). i have check no burnt out bulbs. connection is fine. anyone have an idea? oh yeah its on a 92 legacy ss.

Check the base of the bulb. I bet the contacts are corroded, or the socket base itself is.
