Finally bought Forza 2!

I never really knew anyone that would let me use their Xbox 360 a lot, so I didn't go out and buy it until now. Damn, it's an awesome game! It sucks that i don't have Xbox Live, but it's still hella addicting. It took me a while to get used to it since I hadn't played Forza in a while, but once I did, I dominated. I'm rocking a 1992 Mk 2 GTi w/ R32 drivetrain swap right now and I've won 4 cars. However, I hate how you can only sell cars that you won for 100 cr. I liked being able to sell my cars for a lot after I won them and upgrade the one I was using back when I owned Forza 1.

Still a great game, though. If my gf's family gets Xbox Live anytime soon, I'll be online racing.

The 100cr thing happened during a live update. I guess its a little cheap buying $1,000,000 f1 cars for $1000 at the auction house then selling it back to the game for at least $500,000

and as for an edit: sold the GTi, now I'm rockin a murdered out B4 Legacy.

I started out in Europe so it'll be a little while until I unlock them. Anybody know what level I have to be on to unlock the '04 and the '05 (which is really a '06) STi's?

And another update, I sold the B4 and went back to the GTi, though I haven't made enough money to AWD swap it.

Had that on the original Forza, 666hp is the top hp you can get, and mine happened to be red :twisted:
The MKII GTi with .:R swap is by far the most fun I've had playing this game. It's fun to start behind the pack and romp on 300K+ vehicles lol. My game got deleted on my buddies so now I have a white turbo 'Rado

It's hella fun to just grip in w/ the AWD and take off in the GTi.

I can't remember what I'm rocking right now, I had a nice Solstic, but I ended up selling it and buying a Scion TC and RWD, 2.0 converting it. Also bought my gf a Mustang so she could mess around with the decal editor and have a car she liked driving.

Ok, so normally I don't just fuck around on the race track (unless I'm doing donuts, of course), but did you guys know there is a jump on the side of the Road Atlanta track? I marked it's approximate location on the map below with the black dot:

It must be hit going counter-clockwise around the track. It was launching my GC8 up about 20 ft high, 10 car lengths long when I got the hang of how to hit it.
