Firestone idiots?

I took my 98 gt to firestone the other day to get an all wheel alignment. After about three hours I decided to go back and check on the progress. They told me that I have a bent rear spindle and that there isn't any caster/camber adjustments. Has anyone else heard of this? Is a bent spindle even possible?

take it somewhere else, you can adjust camber in the rear its just tricky. doubt you bent cast iron, maybe an arm is bent?

the camber is tricky to do so they dont want to do it. everytime i go i get good service. i stay with my car, and go out and talk to the guy that does the work.

Thanks for the replies. I might just take it to the dealership. I think they only charge 80 for an all wheel alignment.

this is true, but firestone has liftime alingment. you can take it in 3x a day if you want.

Just an update. I took the car to a mechanic by my job and they were able to do the alignment without any problems. Thanks everyone for your input
