Fog Light install? Removal of the front bumper?

This is the 'hardware' part of the install I need help with... I bought some $20 fog lights from a local hardware place that has a decent auto section.

How, exactly, do you drill the bumper to install these? Take the bumper off, or leave it on?

Instructions for removing the front bumper cover? Need to see if I have to replace the bumper beam as well.

first take off your grill, then your corners(if you have them), headlights. Now you have to pull out all the clips, a flathead will work. There are some behind the license plate holder as well. You have to detach the supports from the wheel wells too. Did I mention that this is not fun? should be about ready for removal by this point. Good luck!

Thanks, I don't have any clips left, though. Both fender wells are hanging loose, and the supports on the sides have sheared off. It's just the headlights holding the bumper on, now that I've had a chance to look at it. :(

Next paycheck goes to a new bumper cover and brakes. :(
