Does anyone know who makes the bumper in the first picture?

I'd like to convert to this eventually:

This is the closest I've found so far by Zero Sports:

I'd love to know what front piece this is, the Zero Sport one is similar but isn't the right one.

The bumper is SYMS with a different lip.

Thanks for the info, any idea what the lip is then?
