This morning I went to do an oil change so I drove in the garage and turn it off. I think I flooded my car. Anyone have an clue what happened or what to do?

You mean your car won't start now? Your post is pretty confusing.

What parts if any, did you remove?
Also, maybe dead battery???
Gotta be a lil more specific. What's does the car do/not do?

So I started up my car from outside my driveway and put it into my garage to change my oil. I only removed the bolt to drain my oil, change my oil filter, put new oil in, basically a normal oil change procedure.
Than once that was all taking care of I went to start it and it didn't start. When I try to start it, I hear the starter going but it would turn over (I think that is how you describe). So I thought my battery was dead so my dad jumped it and I get the same result ( I hear the starter and then nothing).

I believe the motor is turning but won't fire up. I changed the plugs, wires, coil pack. Now going to try the fuel filter.....
