when facing the engine from the front of the car
on the passenger front strut well there is a bracket with four components attached
two are running tubes into each other - and then to the manifold - ; and two lower rectangular components are simply electrical - what are the two lower electrical components ?
far as i m able to tell , in the same place on a turbo car there are also the two with tubes running into each other and to the manifold , though in place of the electrical components is a boost controler with pvc lines instead >

tucked right behind the upper airbox - attached to the tower wall is where the four components are
i m going from turbo -N/A and i m not sure what the additional electrical components on the bracket are for

anyone able to shed some light ?
I would guess those are components specific to the turbo motor. None of the BD/BG/BKs have anything other than the MAP sensor and the Pressure Sources Switching Solenoid Valve at the location are referring to, the two things connected to vaccuum lines.

so there are two braided cords coming out from it. If anything I would contact a Dealership (west coast?) and email them the picture and ask if their parts dept can help you. I have had a service dept email me half of their Schematics one night while working on the car. put the lap top on the intake and my friend worked from there. Most dealership have really great service/parts depts. at least you have a picture!

yeah...mine does not have this, so i assume your workin on a turbo car?
what is that red/orange piece in the bottom right hand of one of those pics, where does it go?
are those wires or hoses? other?

not turbo , this part is directly off a 98 lego wagon 2.5 GT
the part is going in a turbo car including the EJ25D , effectively un-turboing the turbocar
fyi : turbocar broke :

the orange thing at the bottom of the seccond pic is simply the connector where it clips to the harness , both wire , no hoses except for the top two that are in the FSM picture #1-#2
