i found a complete engine with cross member front and rear diff driveshaft the question is they have the wiring harness complete for the engine to ecu but they cut it where it went to the dash is that a problem?

Not really, if you're handy with electrical diagrams - you should be able to trace the wires from the ECU pinouts to work out what they're for. You will want to merge the harness with your stock one.
