Hey Everyone!
I bought a 99' JDM Legacy B4 4 seed AT, I loved the car and pretty much was a steal, (I live in the Dominican Republic), so far I love it, yet, when driving I found it to be well.. underpowered, there is some power, but not how 266 hp should feel like, I took the the car to the track and the best time was in the high 17's, completely unacceptable.. after installing a boost gauge, I found out that the maximum PSI was 0.4 BAR a far cry from the 0.8 bar it supposed to have. The car is not knocking (I know the ECU will cut boost if detects crappy gas)
Allow me to describe how it accelerates, first it's dead slow... I can barely feel the flow of the turbos, I can reaaaaaally feel power after 5800 RPM, I can't even experience VOD because the car is so slow! :P
I know there are multiple causes for this, I checked all the hoses and don't seem to be leak, in 2nd gear if I punch it, there is barely any power at all! Any comments or anything I should be looking for? I'm new to these cars so I don't know whats up!
