03 BE runs fine when cold misses like mad when hot....

Ok cel is on going to scan it tomorrow......wondering if anyone can help me out here.

Car runs great when cold but after 2-3 miles it begins to miss under acceleration typicly makes it through 1st gear fine, second gear though @3000-3800rpm it hesitates then from 4700-5200rpm under wot it falls flat on its face sometimes even loseing rpms and will not make it to the next shift point. also while hot idle is irratic...
I bought this car wrecked and am in the process of getting it on the road it has been like this since I have had it so I dont have a history


Things I have changed new
fuel filter
spark plugs (denso iridium)
water pump
timing belt

and swapped from my other car
map sensor
iat sensor
plug wires NGK (like new)

Well I got it scanned today P0341 camshaft position sensor..... In my experiences when these go bad the car is no longer running though.... Im wondering if I am a tooth off or somthing on the timing belt mabey? on the other hand the exhaust had alot of water in it when I first got it I assume from sitting that could be junk....

well I was off 1 tooth on the left bank.....runs fine now. But I am not lined up with the lines on the belt left bank is now 1 tooth short of the line but everything lines up with the marks on the pulleys and block I guess the belt was improperly marked (napa premium). Oh well all good now. Thanks all!
