parking lights

I just got a 99 legacy outback limited and today I was changing some of the lights in the fog and cruise switches I just went back out and my car was DEAD I jumped the battery and now my parking lights wont turn off I had to pull the fuse but it takes out the tail light also. :smt013

PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICIATED

lol, this also happened to me couple months ago, they wouldn't turn off. So i just pulled the fuse.
Then someone here told me about that switch. :smt021
