Anyone ever put in/see forester seats in a BE, preferably from the "Sports" model?

06-08 I guess? I'm mainly concerned about the rears. I'm assuming they would fold down

i know that BH seats bolt right in and they are foldable of course you will have to bent/remove your original hanging hooks for your stock ones, i dont know about forester i'd say maybe if your lucky they'll fit ok

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I might head over to nastyco*k and see if anyone around wants to let me "borrow" the rears

I sat in the Sports model and it felt really good. Either that or look for some 04+ 2.5/WRX seats. But I have OCD when it comes to my car, so I'm not sure if I'd want the rears also

you didnt check the seats i have at the meet did you? i think Ruben has a set of the similar ones for sale they are nice its the best investment i made so far, they have nice bolsters and the fabric is extremely gripy you dont slide around at all i think they are mostly similar to 02 wrx or somethin along those lines, plus the rears are fully folding. i have transported doors, skis, fishing poles and bunch of other big items that normally wouldnt fit, once i had trim for my parents house bunches where like 14 feet long sure they sticked out the trunk a few feet but i didnt need to rent a truck or anything you know.
here is my thread on these

Nah I didn't make it to the meet. Your install looks great, I think I'd like to have the two individual rears rather than a bench. But it not being flush with, lets say the door cards, would bother me a bit.

back rest not being totaly flush bothered me for like a week and then i got used to it. i do have some fake leather to fill in the gaps but never got to actually to doing it. but it havent bothered me for a while now i barely ever open back doors.
