Hey guys, I have been busy since my lasy post. I happen to have a JDM ej20g motor that I will be installing during spring break. Would a wrx air only intercooler be a good upgrade? I currently have a black air/water intercooler. It is around 220 hp right now, after I install my STi turbocharger I hope to have it around 260-270. Peace

Stick with the air-water intercooler. It's better than any other type of air-air intercooler (unless it's a front mount. Front mounts are better than air-water intercoolers)

All you want to do is run 14's? That's pretty easy, and the mods you have planned will definately do that for you.

I've got friends running mid-high 12s in the 1/4 back home on stock STi engines with upgraded intakes and exhausts.

Couple other guys I know are running 10s on V3 STi's...big turbos though.
Crazy daily drivers...

Stock Subaru transmissions suck though.

Keep that in mind when you quest for 10's.
