Hi, i was wondering if the front bumper from a 98 outback wagon could direct bolt onto a 95 BD...or if id have to do some light modification and/or get new fenders with it. i think it would pretty bad ass plus wouldnt mind havin the fogs while doin a lil off. well, let me kno haha cause i couldnt find anything like that

I'm pretty sure you'll need the bumper beam as well as the cover.

yeah, i wasnt looking for just the plastic skin haha i dont wana end up gettin into a head on and just havin the L bumper do it. but yeah, thanks a bunch guys. may be a while till i go thru with the plans but knowledge is always great to have about these things :smt023

The Outbacks have a taller grill so they have a beam with a cutout in it. IDK how to explain it, I'm not doing a very good job of it but basically if you use a Outback beam you will need to use a bumper that has the larger grill as well.

my car is grill-less as it is. i like that open space (i try not to drive behind big rigs or 18 wheelers cause i dont want to get a new rad.) :shock: but yeah i dont mind not having the grill tho. but from what u guys are tellin me, i might as well go gun-ho and just get the bumper and beam? like the front bumper assembly?

To do the outback conversion you need a minimum of:
1x outback front bumper cover
1x outback front bumper beam

reuse the clips, bolts etc.

will do. new question. i couldnt find anything on GT spoiler install. i wana put one on my L but dont know exact #s n dimentions or even if its a good idea haha. help?

Probably be easier to find a whole GT trunk lid and just bolt it on that try and drill the holes to mount the spoiler. Shouldn't be too hard to find in a junkyard. Just my opinion, anyway.
