It's almost time for a new lower radiator hose and I want to replace both of them with silicone ones when the motor gets pulled. I seen them on a NA BD GT before but can't remember where. If it's your car, or you know whos car or even know if it's the WRX hoses that fit or are close let me know please thanks :smt023

IIRC, it's Pat Olsen. He used Subaru Impreza hoses.

Yep... I had the thread on NASIOC bookmarked a long time ago, lost now. But I bet you could find it.

I have red Samco ones. Not many vendors list them for the N/A cars, but I found them somewhere almost 4 years ago. The pictures are all removed from my website, and I'm too lazy to reload them, but here's the post - http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=872650 - in which I talked about installing them. Unfortunately, I didn't even list a part number, but if you contact http://www.sporthoses.com maybe they can help?

Besides making the car look like clowns drive it, and doubling as a Honda-ricer-boy attractor, why would you put these hoses on your car? Stock stuff is more than enough, even with sitting in traffic in 100 degrees for hours.

Clown car? I would get black. And even if they were red like that car how would a Honda ricer boy see them driving :smt017 Don't fear bright colors. It's rice if it's all put together wrong. Thats the misconception most people have.

I never understand comments like this. That same logic could be applied to pretty much every modification we auto enthusiasts make to our cars. Do you post this same sort of question in every thread about modifications that people have done? Did I need to install pretty red hoses? No, but I also didn't need a short throw shifter or 5 different sets of wheels or Recaro front seats or the overwhelming majority of other mods that I've done to my cars over the years.
The vast majority of cars that are rolling around with any sort of modification would have found the stock parts were "more than enough" for commuting to and from work. Do you have any mods on your car, darjeeling? If so, why?
