Just joined sl-i so figured I should post a few pics of my SS. A bunch of mods are coming up soon once they arrive in the mail.

ATM the only mods I have done is the wrx coolant tank, and bought some fender braces from livestrong and new GR2 struts all around on stock springs. Currently have a strut brace that needs to go in and a wrx IC.

Pics:

First time I found the car was barried under some snow at a dealership

Mod pics and a few vids should be coming up soon ordered a stage 2 chip for the ecu and intake for the wrx intercooler. About to order some sway bushings and pitch mount.

I bought the car with 191k km back in Jan 09 now currently has 206k somehow haha. Encountered a few leaks particularly the valve covers and then the water pump. After replacing a few hoses, and doing a timing belt with pulleys and the water pump no issues car has been really solid just always wanting some more power of course

Engine bay looks CLEAN! How is that possible with that many miles in a snowbelt?

Snowflakes from 2nd and 3rd gen Legacy GT's look AMAZING on SS'. I saw one a few days ago and almost lost it. That answers your 16" Subaru wheel issue.

I was going to get the 16" snowflakes but I lost alot of deals for some good condition ones. Picked up the 17"s for $600 with runflat tires.

The 17's look amazing on there! If you are looking for OEM 16's go with '98 RS 5 spokes. They're IMO the best looking 16's for a 1st gen.

Horrible update :((

As some people know I got into a pretty big accident. Ill describe what happened around 9pm last night (feb 17th). I was going south on keele left lane, and there was a odyssey ahead of me in the right lane suddenly slowed down and pulled a u turn and I t boned him. He actually attempted a uturn infront of a island too!! I was doing around 80km/h police suggest I was doing less. I actually hit the side of his car and spun him around hitting the side of my car as well so I got hit twice technically. Other driver was charged careless driving.

Just looking around the car after we hit was unbelievable could never imagine my car in this shape. It looks worse than it is, rear doors still opened by handle, and driver side door opened but I was kind of week so I just jumped out the passenger side window. I remember people coming out of the nearby buildings coming out omg is the guy in the silver car alright!!!!!!! Im right here....

Another funny note accident happened directly infront of statefarm (my insurance).

Wow dude, sorry to hear. Glad you are ok, that car was clean too. It seems like when one person wrecks their.car on here 2-3 follow, not a cool trend to start or follow.
