Rear defrost repair

i was taking my rear plastics off to get at the pillar were i am going to mount my roof spoiler and i accidently pulled the rear defroster of the windshield. i have no clue how to fix it. anything will help thanks. i proly wont need it til almost november its usually hot here but i wna fix it before then.Thanks.

A dab of tin solder should hold the defroster to the contact point on the windshield.

Or the easiest method.
