coolant system

Question as I checked last night when the coolant system is full and the top radiator hose when you squeeze it with the radiator cap off should you feel the fluid move? in the mornings I can sometimes hear the fluid in the heater core I tried to my best to get rid of all the air bubbles but I can still hear the fluid move more so when the car is cold.
