Sound like a slipping belt?

I haven't heard a slipping belt make a noise that high pitched but it is possible.

Quick way to check would be to remove the belts and do that again.

I will try with the belts today the funny thing is on the USMB a user had this issues before he swapped the engine and it was still around when the new engine went in :-/

Ok took off the belts.. now here is the really weird part...

If I move the throttle from the engine bay no squeal at all.. but if I move the throttle from inside the car I get the squeal...

Any guesses? I'd need a 2nd person to film while im in the car since I can't find my tripod plate
