I'm into biking, but something with a little more power:

If everything goes as plan I will have this (minus gay tribal flames) late August early September when my Legacy is paid off.

By the way, that bicycle looks nice. I couldn't tell you when I last rode one.

Don't have any pics, but I just picked up a Trek 4300 with Gila T5 front shocks and 24 spd & rapid fire shifting. Its my first non-department store bike ever. I haven't ridden in 7 years, so I decided to get back into it and treat myself.

Nice bike anghell. I was thinking of full suspension, but didn't need it (and didn't want to spill the beans for it either).

as for the motor bikes, they're nice looking, just not my thing. I dunno, I like the "cage" of the car.

The Hyabusa is a nice bike but that 600R is good enough for me. I just put in to get me license. I should know when my classes are pretty soon.

so far I have only ridden up to my school and did some jumping down there (about 5 miles from my house). As long as it doesn't rain here i will go to this mountain-biking place about 15 min away from my house that's good. But overall seattle has a lot of places to go to, so far i've been to like 3 of them.

Oh man Reason, thats my bike right there, just wish I had the 8k to pick up an '05 600RR in silver to match my GT, lol.

I just signed up for my motorcycle license classes as well, so hopefully by July I'll have it in hand and if money comes like it should (juggling 5 jobs...2 "full-time", a per diem, and 2 oddjob ones) I better make some decent coin unlike last summer. I don't know if I could make my girlfriend pay for my gas much longer, lol

Or you could go the cheapo route and pick up a Kawa ZX-500cc Ninja for 49 bucks a month, I know a couple kids that went that route...but a ninja's a ninja...I'd rather have the forgiveness of a Honda CBR being less experienced on a sport bike...which I can prove cause I learned on a CBR929RR...damn near a litrebike...and didn't drop it once or get thrown...I can tell ya now that if it was a ninja or a yamaha I probably would've broken a few bones, lol.

About the mountain bikes, my buddies just started getting back into it, I haven't been trail riding in a while and my bike is pretty outdated (solid frame oldschool GT). My buddy did pick up a decent bike off ebay, but be careful...the "immaculate" bike had beat to hell paint and the other day my buddy stripped the crank arm so his pedal fell out...just know where you are getting it from. I want one of those ralighs though, they are pretty sharp lookin.

Well finally went out on a first actual ride. Thanks to it's weight of ~45lbs, the bike feels like a tank that's made for jumping. Climbing hills is a bitch, but landing jumps has never been easier. I'm lovin' it :-D

my low end diamondback (NOTHING special) is like ~25lbs hardtail.

45lbs?!? No way, that thing'd have to be some kind of tandem with bricks on it for it to be that heavy
I'd say around 25-30 would be reasonably heavy for a bike like that....
I wish I had some pics of my new road bike...its about 17 lbs or so....
