Engine turns but won't start

I have a 97 Legacy gt. I replaced my head gaskets and put my engine back in but now it won't start. It turns over and the starter seems to work fine. I'm pretty positive I hooked everything up right. I know I lined up the timing right. I know it's getting fuel and there's a spark but it won't start. When I turn the key on I can hear some electrical noise coming from (what sounds like) under the intake manifold. If anyone has any advice or ideas as to what the problem may be, I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like a grounding problem somewhere. Might wanna check and see if all the grounds are hooked up.
