2002 Legacy L - Oil Leaks?

I currently own a 96 and 97 Legacy L wagon. Both had the infamous oil separator plate leak..

I'm looking to pick up a 2002 Legacy L wagon, just wondering about common oil leaks on this year? Did they change to the aluminum baffle plate yet by 2002? Any other things i should be looking out for?

my 01 does not leak, mine did have the plastic plate on the back of the motor, but mine was changed when did the clutch.
