blah I think I have a blown strut (YAY!)

Was removing the stock splash flaps and I saw the drivers side rear fluid coming from the strut rod and running down the side a good reason to upgrade now it seems however I can't seem to find anyone who sells springs for this legacy...

I have a full set of 98 gt springs struts n tops, assembled. 105k on them, but no leaks as far as I can see.
