Different car wings for leggys.

I'm just wondering where in the world you're going to find a 1989-90 Nissan Skyline spoiler, have it shipped to the states, fit it accordingly to your trunk (which will probably take hours upon hours of hacking and fabricating), then paint it to match your car for anything less than at least a grand.

First off you have to make sure it will even fit the width of your car...

well you'll have to find an R32 owner to measure it...not a lot of them around here.

I'm assuming R32s are relative to a BD's width because i've seen a GC with a R32 front on it. Since the GC and BD width is practically the same size, i'm assuming it fits...

That wing doesn't look that much different than a Legacy GT spoiler or an 2998-2001 2.5RS coupe spoiler. Just find one of those, they will be more likely to work on your car.

You ask some strange questions man.. sure. anything could fit. If you really want to do enough custom work.. ANYTHING will fit. You could probably mate your car with a corvette if it really came down to it. Thats like asking 'can i shoot myself in the foot'. Yes... yes you can. Only if you want it bad enough however! :lol:

It looks like it's from a BNR32 (GT-R). The other R32s (GTS-t, GTS25, GTS-4, etc...) had different spoilers.

Nope its the stock R32 wing, it doesn't go on like it would on a skyline so that's why it kinda looks different. the ends of it would be resting on the top of the rear finders on a a skyline but legacys curve down on that part.

Ahh well it looks a little out of place. I think it needs the rear lip the GT-R has. Are you going to do the front bumper as well?

Its not out of place. when I get home ill put a pic of it showing just the back but idk looking at it now it would be cool to have that small lip as well :P


and I was skeptical about doing it but seeing that pic of the GC with it now i think i am going to go for it.

but before I do that i would be getting H&R lowering springs first.

I would do it but I would get the bumper without the two squares. I like it as standard as possible.

I think the R32 wing really sets off the stock ride height and stock 15" alloys. Looks bad ass!!!!

Thanks guys yeah I'm HUGE! Nissan fan and I've always loved skylines. and what really got me going to do this is that love for them and also buy looking at my leggy and some skylines I've noticed similarities to them both, with the way they look and how some of the skyline parts fit on the car and that's when I started looking into doing my own custom skyline conversion and thats something I'm going to peruse.


also thanks for those pics, definitely post some more. its cool seeing these cars with stuff that I want on mine :)

and I've thought of getting the side skirts to but idk. ill probably end up trying it.

Alright, I admit it flows alright but it lacks Skyline character. If you're going to do the front (which I suggest you do to for it to start resembling an R32) then you have to do LGT side skirts or the front will just hang down lower than the rest. Should get RS 5 spokes while you're at it as a cheap upgrade.

Yeah I was planning on putting the side skirts on some how and yeah dude I want some 17" rims and would like the with to be ether 7 or 8, even 9 if I can get away with it looking clean. but yeah

But i forgot to mention also that idk if it would fit. you would have to get the measurements of a supra or even if you know where to see one in person then go and check it out. just buy looking at it should tell you rather it would if or not.

I know, honestly I don't think it would fit. i went with the skyline wing idea fully only because i knew for sure that my BD and a R32 was the same size.
