OZ Superturismo - BG5 Legacy wagon wheel fitment

I am looking at getting a set of OZ Superturismo's for my 99 Legacy GT wagon. I am thinking about 18x8 et 35, 5x100. Rolling the fenders is not a problem, I just want to confirm these will work on my Legacy. As for the tire size I was thinking 235/35R18. Thanks in advance!

yes it shouldn't be a problem, give yourself at least 6 1/4 inches to compensate for side wall if your running 235/35's

Let me correct the first post its actually 18x8 et 35. Will this work? I know its pushing it.

well if you're not worried about rolling the fenders, mechanicly it will fit.

I have 18x8.5 +48 and the rim sat flush on the strut.

So you might have to do some suspension work to get them to fit.

The lower offset will bring him away from the strut. I'd recommend a 225/40 over a 235/35 on that wheel; either way it's going to be a lot of fender work, but the sidewall profile will be easier on the 225/40. I'm anti-poke and stretch, so that's as narrow as I would go. I'd highly recommend coils; unlike German cars, you don't have suspensions that gain negative camber under compression (Subarus actually lose camber) so you'll be all over the fenders and you're going to want to be able to set the height where you need it to be.

An easier fitment would be an 18x8 ET48. That should clear with the stock struts and a 225/40/18. I haven't run wide setups on anything other than coils which give me a bit more room, so I can't say for sure in cases with other cars.

I ran an 18x8.5 ET48 with a 235/40/18 with a roll and pull, front and rear, with coils. No rubbing under 95% of conditions, but a big bump when cornering hard would buzz the front fender liners, and that's running 550lb front springs and a big front sway.

Also to add. Stiffer springs will help the rubbing issues going over bumps.

The front will fit no problem, the rear is what you have to worry about.

KW Coils are on their way so that's not a problem. Yeah 225 40 is much more reasonable I agree. I just wonder if et35 will poke a little to much. I've always had German cars and this is my first non-German car so I like a little poke on the wheels, but within reason of course. Here is my old e30
