RalliTEK Transmission Mount Bushing

I see these are on sail for the 4EAT's putting the bushing in the mount seems easy enough but how hard is it to get the mount out from the tranny and then back in again? Is there a write up on this somewhere for the AT trannys?

It's pretty easy. Two nuts. Hit them with a big impact and don't catch them as they'll be hot. Pull old mount, install new mount. Reinstall nuts.

oh ok I was thinking like it was holding the tranny to the car or something.

I think I would want to go with the Race not the comfort. I have heard it makes a big difference on shifter feel in the 5spd's but does it make a big difference in the 4eat? less shift shock? smoother shifting?
