Hi - I'm new here, but VERY glad to be among people who care about their booroo's :P
I have a 94 Legacy wagon that USED to have the pneumatic air suspension - had it replaced with normal suspension 8 years ago, and have not seen that pesky light since!
It had a service 3 days ago, and now the 'Height Hi' light starts flashing after around 10 mins of driving (which I've since read is the control unit giving up and warning me there's something wrong). Also I can hear the compressor running when the ignitions on - didn't used to do that either.
Have taken it back to the mechanics - they reckon they didn't do anything (crap - they must have).
Can someone tell me exactly what gets disconnected when the pneumatic susp. is removed? Should the compressor EVER be going again?? Is there simply a fuse which I can pull out to stop the pesky light flashing for something that doesn't exist anymore?
Thanks heaps :smt017
