what would some symptoms be of a center diff going?

specificly on a mt BD?

The MT LGT uses a viscous center diff. Typically they either fail to an open diff, meaning all your power is either going to go to the front or the rear tires (probably the front most of the time), or it will bind around corners, it will feel clunky going around sharp corners.

^yeah but it so could a bad suspension mounts, axle, sways, etc...

so don't freak out until you know what the real problem is. any unsual wear or anything in the fluid last time it was changed?

I apparently have a bad CD according to the agents.

Symptoms are............

After a good drive, when everything is heated up and you take a corner you hear and feel a rather uncomfortable knocking sound. Much like broken CV joints but amplified.
