hi i was wondering if anyone knew the voltage ranges for the mafs and tps sensor

TPS is:
0V-0,5V when closed
0,5V-5V depends on how much it is open. 5V at wot...

The MAF on our cars typically only goes up to about 4 volts at most. 5 Volts is what it would read at it's maximum volumetric capacity.

wrx's cap at 5v too cause there max air flow is like 298g/s

Maybe the MAF is the same but the computer is calibrated differently? Shouldn't this topic be moved to electrical?

This is correct. There is virtually no difference between our MAF and a WRX MAF. They both have the capacity to read up to 5 volts. However, in our N/A motors, the engine pulls less air at peak flow than the WRX engine, so our MAF reads less maximum voltage. My MAF used to read up to about 3 volts N/A, but with 5 psi of boost getting pulled through it, it reads up to ~4 volts.
