Hello!

I have a problem with the seat heat in my Subaru Legacy 99 (1999 - 2003 model):

When I turn on the seat heater on front driver and passenger seat, there is
no heat, no voltage at all.. The indicators in the switches between the seats
is not lightning up, and the seats are cold.. When I measure on the seat connection cabel/connector under the seats, there are no 12V anytime.. - my questions are then:

1. Are there any fuse(s) for the seat heater in the car somewere.. ?
2. Is there a relay for the seat heater in the car somewere.. ? - If so, were is the
relay(s) then placed ?

(The heating elements in the seats are not defect)
Grateful if anyone can give me some helpful information on this issue..

Best regards

The fuses for the seats are located in the fuse box under the dash on the left side of the pedals for LHD cars, and the right hand side of the pedals in RHD cars.
