Are you 100% you're on flat level ground? Are you having any clunking sounds from the struts at all?

Leveled Ground - Yes
Clunking Sound from Struts- (if ur referring to upon hitting potholes) - Yes

I believe my right rear is lower than the left rear. I have no frickin clue what would cause this.
But one thing to check for is how flush the spring is sitting on the strut perch. There's actually a circular groove at the bottom of the strut perch where the spring should be seated in properly.

You should definitely ensure all the springs area seated properly, but a slight difference side to side is normal.
the left and right corner weights aren't exactly the same, and neither are the springs.

.... All springs are seated flushed in the struts... However I check my struts tomorrow to see if anyone is worn than the other.... Would this be a factor?

Worn struts could be a factor.
When you installed the springs you made sure to use the conical washers in between the top hat and the upper spring perch, right? And that the spring perches are correctly installed with the top-hat in the right rotation?

Yes, now Huffer mentioned it. On the tophats, there's actually a little arrow mark stamped into the plastic itselft. I don't remember which way the arrows were suppose to point to. I believe it points inward, not too sure.

Ok... So the direction of this arrow would cause the 1/4" height difference?.....

Maybe. But if it's not assembled right then it will mess things up.

in the rear the strut tops only fit one way.
in the front it doesn't matter.
those ride heights don't really look far enough off for it to be an issue to me. Plus your mix-matched tires might just make it look that way. Tires of the same size but different type don't usually have the exact same dimensions.
