Hey all i just got my 99 outback today!
I never was a subaru person before, but i work at a Honda, Mazda, Cadillac and Buick dealer as a tech, and my main job is doing inspections on used cars that we get in from auctions or trade in. In the past year we have gotten alot of subarus from tribecas, to newer outbacks to early 90's outbacks. While working on thease cars i have found that the build quality and ease of working on is great, and i decided i wanted one for the winter.
Only problem is all of them have been auto's. Finnaly got one in last week with the 5 speed and i almost instantly decided i wanted it.
So pics now!

holy hell those pics are huge! :smt005

anywho nice wagon, and you will learn quickly just how different a subaru is from any other cars. The nickname a lot of ppl tend to use for them is "lego car", reason being is that you can use just about any part from any other subaru and fit it to a subaru of a different model.

hope you enjoy your outback and welcome to the club!

Pick up some JDM projectors if you're looking for a better light.

Welcome! Good to see another person from michigan on here! lol nice looking outback by the way. As to the JDM Headlights, I got mine from eBay, and was very happy. Have fun, there is a lot of fun to be had with the Subie.
