02 WRX driver airbag connector help.

So i bough a used 02 wrx momo steering wheel with air bag, but the airbag dosent have the connector. What should i do try to locate a connector or swap out the charges? My connector looks different and i don't even know how to take it off to see if its compatible. And how difficult is it to swap them out? Just four bolts and done or does something needs to be modified? oh and this is going into 02 outback if that matters. any help on the swap or where to get a connector would be appreciated. thanks

See if the airbag charge from your car will fit the Momo wheel.

crap, it doesn't, mine is about 2cm larger in diameter than momo, but the bag fits perfectly the steering wheel, weird. her what it looks like.

Did you ever figure this out? I did the same, but bought an '04 WRX airbag for an '04 Legacy GT. It bolted in, but just like you the connectors are different. Any solution?

And sorry for the ancient bump... figured it would be better than starting a new thread without pics as my two airbags look EXACTLY like above (except mine has the better matching red Momo logo ;))
