98 subaru legacy swap.

I just brought a 98 subaru legacy gt with a 2.5 auto last week and picking it up next week. I want to do a 5 speed manual conversion on it and I was looking through the forum and reading about the 91 converstion and the 97 conversion. but I didn't find info on the 98 I know in the 97 thread that said the wiring and setup was different in 98. There is a 98 subaru legacy L 2.2 manual at the local junkyard and I'm thinking about getting the whole manual swap parts out of. here is a list I got together from the forum and the prices i can get the parts at:

Hey nice to see you made it over here. You've compiled a pretty good list. Personally I don't see why a 97 should be different than a 98 but I do know a few things changed between those years - one random item is airbag connector - so its possible some other things changed as well. Don't forget to make an intro post in the new members section and put up some pics of your ride.
