power sunroof switch problem.

so my power sunroof/moonroof switch isnt working. how can i pop that piece to check the connections and or switch?

Flat head screwdriver - remove the clear bits and unscrew the switch from the headliner. It'll drop right out.

actually, i dont think it has anything to do with the switches. its like it falls down in the back and wont stay up. am i out of luck on this?
