nice.. you will be one of the only people on here with a body kit. Any clue where the kit came from anyways? nice find! Also.. are those the limited rims.. or just brake dust on normal ones?

Now I absolutely LOVE that look! Body kit, most of it just lips added on, no giant ricer spoiler, or rims that aren't insanely humongous. Looks good

Yes bodykit.... Body kits are usually 4 pieces, front bumper/lip, side skirts and rear bumper/lip.

I was wondering when we were going to get to see this. Nice find! Looks like it already had projectors, tails, body kit, exhaust... what else (mod list). And what seats are those?

I got with everything you see for $3500 USD. I feel it was a pretty good pick up. Engine has been maintained very well so it runs great. It'll still need quite a bit of work though.

Thanks! The kit came from Japan. It's a "Liberal" body kit. And yep, the wheels are the LGTL's off my '99 silver BD that isn't in commission until the end of winter.

Haven't seen the Zerosports kits. I'll take a look around online and check 'em out.

Thanks! I feel the same way. I am definitely going for a "subtle yet aggressive" look with this. If I can find a really nice week during this winter, I plan on painting it black...

Yeah! Took me long enough to get some pictures up, huh? :) And yep, came with the JDM projectors, JDM fogs (not installed yet as I need to trim up the bumper beam and such,) JDM tails, the body kit and the Magnaflow exhaust. The only thing I've added so far is my stereo and my short shifter. As the projects on this car progress, I'll certainly post a mod list. :)

I'm really jealous. The Liberal body kit is my favorite kit on gen2's. $3500 is a steal. The kit alone is worth a lot of money.
Seriously cool to see one state side, the only downer on this 2nd gen (for me) is that it isn't a raised roof model. Kudo's though, looks great and nice find :smt023
Oh ya, you should definitely get some JDM black housing fog lights for that bumper and work on refitting it just a tad so it sits nice and flush. Then you'll definitely be in business.

I also like the Liberal body kit as opposed to others that have come out for the BD/BG. It's not overly flashy which is definitely a plus. As far as the JDM projector fogs, I already have them (they came with the car as well) I just haven't had any time to install them. I will be doing it soon though as I'm going to be swapping out bumpers for now due to the snow eatting the hell out of it a week ago during our "blizzard." We got like 3 feet in one day and my car was plowing all the way home. Tore the hell outta the bottom lip of the bumper. So, repair time!

There's MANY bodykits of the 2nd gen its ridiculous., just not many available to us, unless we are willing to pay.

Absolutely. In fact, Liberal has 5-6 different body kits for the BG5 alone. There are also many other companies that make/made body kits for the 2nd generation Legacys. And yes, you're dead on correct about the "we pay" part. A full 5-piece body kit for a BD/BG will end up costing roughly $3500-$4000 USD unpainted and before shipping. :(

Yeah. Hit and runs suck. However, two girls saw the dude do it, got his plate number, and called the cops. The police called me Friday and told me they issued the guy a summons. Now, I just need to find out what I have to do. Pretty lucky, really.

Thanks, Battle! Yeah, I definitely have wider wheels and tires planned. I just haven't found anything I like yet. Well, I like a lot of things but I haven't found anything I can trust on the track yet, I guess...
I most certainly still have my Silver BD! It's actually getting an EJ20G swap in the next couple of weeks and going to be my "new" daily driver. Haha. I miss that thing like crazy.
