Clear BG5 Projectors

Hey guys
i'm new to the form and currently own a BG5.

i'm from australia so over here they are called liberty's .

I have been checking out the basic mods for this model and
obviously the first choice is upgrading to projector headlights

I have seen many sets for sale on Ebay but they all seem to look very second hand all seem to look a bit dull and have UV damage to some extend.

I was searching google images and came across a blue BG5 over in japan from the website Flickr
he seems to have CLear lense projectors that look awsome. the projector itself has some sort of blue film

So my question is does anyone know of a place where you can get almost new or clear lense projectors.

err, all the BG/BD projectors have a clear lens. They may just have a few normal scratches on them.

You can tint the lenses, black out the projector surround, plenty of stuff. Most of the used pairs simply need a polish.

If you can provide a pic that might help people out.

Where in Australia are you located mate?? You should be able to find a mint set locally if you look around. Just a matter of ringing about and going out and having a look. You can actually clean the projectors up really well with a bit of cut and polish. Tinting your headlights in Australia is illegal to btw

Have you looked on Import Monster which has access directly to Yahoo Japan auctions?? Aaron offers a great JDM import service direct from Japan to your door so maybe check that out

Also check out trademe.co.nz . They didn't produce any cars locally in NZ so all subaru's were imports and are dime a dozen so you can often pick up cheap sets on there
