I wonder if they will continue to make the Impreza STI after coming out with this? Subaru is already out of the WRC.

I was thinking they were going to maybe replace the impreza, but how long have they had the Legacy for? Maybe this will be another Impreza variant or a completely new car

The Impreza already has a hand full of variants, Outback Sport, WRX, STI, just add on another why not

That would SUCK, but makes sense since STi's are "suppose to be" a road legal rally car from subaru. Since Subaru has quit WRC there is not point in making STi's any more because what rally car is it going to be a replica of... ya know

Maybe since STi doesn't say rally in it, they just might keep it around for parts like TRD, Spoon, Mugen, Nismo, ect

I'm sooo stoke that Toyota/Subaru came out with the FT-86. I would totally get one if it really is sold under 20k. Seriously, no joke. I wanted the older AE86, but can't source one out for a good price or body condition. So the new FT-86 will just do! :grin:

Not gonna lie but that looks niice!! I probably would never buy one tho. Too small for me. Only 2 doors. Going from a 5 door wagon to a 2 door tiny fast bugger would be like going from a shotgun to the "noisy cricket" from MIB.. lol
I love how subaru makes sports cars with 4 doors. Fast but still holds a lot.

This "hachi roku" chassis borrows heavily from the current GR imprezza platform, so despite what toyota fans think, they're getting excited over a subaru too :smt005
