Please Help!! Install Daytime Running Light (DRL)

I just imported 94 Legacy GT from Japan and I love it. BUT I just can't figure out how to enable the DRLs to my car.

Since Im also dumb at cars, I need a step by step instruction if you can.... pic would help too!!

I'm guessing you're in Canada? And they have a DRL requirement up there right?

I'm not sure about the 90-94 generation, but all 2nd gen+ Subaru's have auto-off headlights when you turn the ignition off. So if your car does the same, you could just leave your headlights on, all the time?

Thanks for your help, but I need to install DRL to pass Canadian Provincial inspection.
Without it, I won't be able to drive in Vancouver Canada.

I am still looking for a post to solve this problem.
