So I had the check engine light come on the other day as I was driving, I pulled the code and it is a P0065, which is "Air assist injector solenoid valve malfunction." I did some searching around and found that this code sometimes pops up if you did not have an ECU reflash called the WWF-89 reflash. So i'm wondering if this applies to legacys, and how do I know if my car has had the reflash, and lastly if it has had the reflash how do I fix it.
Thanks in advance

You should probably check for recalls or TSBs from Subaru. Call your local dealer to find out. I've never heard of a reflash named that way, and my first instinct would be to clear the code and see if it comes back.

ya I cleared it, hoping it doesnt come back, but i'm still going to look into the WWF-89 reflash.
I'll also check TSB's we got a few programs at school with TSB's and recalls so ill check thoes sometime this week.

how did you clear yours?
Disconnect the car battery for about five minutes. That resets the computer, the current fault code and any pending or stored codes.
Easy and free.
Or go to Harbor Freight or Sears, drop fifty bucks on a simple code reader and it has the ability to reset the computer too.
