Heres a quick DIY that will remove/cover up the amber/orange lens on the hatch for any BG/BK
What you need:
-Masking tape
-Sharp knife or razor blade
-Paper
-Paint of your choice
-Scotch pad (available at any automotive store in the body repair section)
Time needed:
-Masking and taping (10 mins)
-Cutting the tape (2 mins)
-Paint (10-50 mins)
Total time = 1 hour depending
Steps:
Start by taping around the amber section of the center lens.

-Add a few pieces of masking tape over the reverse light
-Take a razor blade, hobby knife, etc and cut around the reverse light. The reverse light has an indented perimeter that can be easily used as a guide.

I like to use Tremclad Pro Series (not in the automotive department) its durable, and comes in econo size :-D

Peel the tape and paper away

Done.
Of course everyone had their own opinion of which color to use. I prefer flat black , but the next guy in line would go for a gloss black or maybe a night shade tint. Either way it sure beats orange and definitly complements the JDM tails and there sexy smoked signals :-D
Cheers
