Finally took it out on non plowed street. Did fine in driving in other tire track but can hear the snow dragging under the body. Then had to put air in the driver front. Thank god I had a portable air compressor.

Attached headlight covers, unsure of brand or anything but they look cool and are made for the B4
Yes officer, I did hit a pedestrian, but instead of dwelling on that why not focus on how many I've missed?

Busy day today! Washed and clay barred car, repaired centre console cup holder, replaced rear brake pad, removed TMIC to replace I/C hoses and then realised supplied hoses were too smalls put all back together again AND zip tied on all silicone hoses to BBOD and manifolds. Time to sit down and chill now

I just re-grease the Energy Suspension fsb bushings on my car. After I put everything away and put the car back in the garage I thought "maybe I should have done the rears too."

Skinned my grille in carbon fiber, laid the cloth and the first top coat of resin last night. Lots of sanding and many more coats to go before I can clear it and install the hexagon mesh.

Car didnt want to start the previous night, we were able to bumpstart it in reverse tho (manual ftw) and drive back to my garage. First thought it was the clutch switch, bypassed that - it worked for a little bit but stopped after the 2nd start attempt. Did more diagnosing, starter was dead. Had the original starter in the box, so replaced my starter, then proceeded to clean air filter, & change the oil.

Took the 3.0R to cars and coffee this morning. My friend came in his deep bronze metallic 3.0R and another guy was there in a harvest gold 3.0R and even with us three parked together I forgot to get a picture. This afternoon I wet-sanded and polished the headlights on the wagon. Its better. I also put some Silver Stars in the low beams on the wagon to replace the bulbs that were in the jdm headlights back when I bought them about 5 years ago.

Well, this was yesterday... but, I installed my JDM deck lid, the glass guy installed the JDM rear glass, cut my rear deck cover to fit the wiper. Installed my carpet, rear seat, and JDM STi driver seat, and also the double stacked JDM center console bits.. Now to finish the turbo conversion and repair the passenger seat and give her a detail. lol

Only the driver in merc. went to the hospital-I'm still without a car-the tranny shop is still having issues pulling tranny codes from the '91-might take a look at an '05 LL bean this weekend-heard the 3.0 is a good motor.

I love my 3.0. I have heard the idler pulley bearings can go bad. A friend of mine replaced his already. I say go take a look.

I do too. The AVCS version of the EZ30D on the 4th gen has a nice performance bump from the 3rd gen version as well. But yes, those idler pulleys should be replaced first thing. When they go, they shred the belt and cause quite the mess. Proactively replacing them is cheap insurance.

Is there an update version of the bearings that you know of?

So, the 3rd gen EZ30D had 23770AA000 Pulleys which were superseded with 23770AA020, but that is the 4th gen EZ30D part. My understanding is that the 4th gen still has the issue.

The good news is that they seem to last about 100k miles before going, so replacing them with new parts will keep them all set for a while at least.
