looking for a good set of 17s

id like to buy a set of 17 inch wheels for the legacy, trick is i have a budget of $200. any ideas? if anyone has heard of a good deal i might be interested.

All i can think of is your local craigslist. Thats a low budget for 17" wheels. You'll be surprise on some good deals you find at CL.

Keep your eye out on CL for people selling Legacy GT, or 06+ WRX wheels. Is your $200 budget for wheels AND tires? If so, you are going to have a hard time finding a set that has usable tires on it for that price.

I got my 2011 WRX take offs with like 4200 miles on them with tires for $350 but that was a SCREAMING deal.


Also, if you know any of the salespeople at your local subaru dealership, put the word out that you are looking to buy a set of OEM wheels and tires.

You would be surprised how many people instantly go and buy new wheels and tires for their subaru... even if they just bought it with the premium package ect.

Check your local Craigslist. I know that I looked a couple times a day for about 8 or 9 days and eventually found a set of 17" ADR's for $40 a rim. They were a little curbed, but with some minimal sanding and a quick re-spray they look pretty good! Especially for the price!
