My brakes squeal after driving for a couple minutes. I just had my rotors machined not too long ago too. Could I need new brake pads?
Thanks!

Also it seems to happen more when its hotter outside or when my brakes heat up
is it
1) a very high-pitched squeal only when you apply the brakes
or is
2) a constant metal on metal scratching all the time?
1) glazed/ very worn pads
2) worn pads and the tell-tale "screechers" are alerting you to the fact that your pads are worn
If you just had brakes done recently, more than likely the pads either didn't get broken in properly or they didn't put in all the hardware when they installed the pads.
Just for S&G, take the car out somewhere safe and to 3-4 threshold stops from 60 or so, so you can get some heat in the brakes and clean them off a bit. See if that helps at all.

My car does this too. All-data, aprogram we have at school, had a TSB for this and it said the stock, or replacement pads, or something like that were semi-metallic, so its just the pads if this is correct. My car has been doing exactically what you are saying since I bought it and I put over 5K on it sence then so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
