We will now be asking that all Members take down picture signatures. There are several reasons for this:
1. Picture sigs add to the D/L time of our poor 56k bretheren
2. Picture sigs are annoying to many people
3. Picture sigs weigh down fairly heavily on the bandwidth, as they appear every time someone posts (provided they have one).
So we've decided to do away with them.
New sigs may be up to 6 lines of text(at size 82), any color you wish. Be creative, but not annoying.
No exceptions.
It should not be that big of a deal, we are still allowing avatars, although...let's try to keep them within the margins, and not intruding on the posted material.
