Thanks very much for the kind words. I don't think the truck will be finished this year like I'd hoped. I've decided to do a few more things which will set me back for money reasons. But I'm fine with that because I'm tired of not taking my time to get things done right. Plus with the future purchase of the Chevy C-10 truck, I already have plans to airbag that truck as my daily driver. It will pull my Project Nissan to long distance shows I don't want to risk driving the Hardbody to.

Though people have been known to tell me I have real sickness! I have a high-end $2,000+ stereo system in a truck I paid $600 for then did suspension mods to it. I just can't bare to drive anything that is stock. I suffer from Stockraphobia... (and I'm d*mn proud of it too!!)

The truck I'm selling is my '87 Toyota pickup. None of the stereo equipment is being sold with it. I'm asking $800 for the truck and a spare 22r motor I'm finishing up a rebuild on with a laundry list of new parts($1,000 w/ spare motor swapped). I've made patch panels for the side of the bed (both lower rear sections) so the rust can be taken care of, just not installed yet because it's been too cold here lately.

The machining work for the blue print & balance, cylinder bore, hot tank the engine block to clean all the passages (oil & water), and magnaflux will cost me around $775. This assures me that the motor will be 100% A+ when I go to install all the new parts.

I'm reusing the stock piston rods & crankshaft. The intake & water pump are being replaced with aluminum pieces to reduce weight. The stock intake is cast iron and so is the water pump. They're HEAVY!!! I'd like to replace the cast iron heads with aluminum, but that's $1,100 and I only paid $450 for a complete running motor from my co-worker.

Basically once it's done, it won't come apart and the entire drive train will be the strongest combo Ford made. I'm looking to be pushing around 275-300 hp at the crank in a little Nissan truck. :-D

Once the weather starts to warm up, my best friend/car club member & I plan to begin the body drop on the Nissan. The body is being lowered over the frame 2 3/4"-3" (which ever allows the body to lay flat on the ground). This will allow me to tuck more of the 18" billet Boyd Coddington wheels I plan on buying for the truck. All said & done, I should have around $5,000 wrapped up in the total completed process.
