I know this is old, but the BE/BH autos use a knob with no interlock button, since they have the gated shift pattern. The knob comes off counter-clockwise and the shaft is M10-1.25 pitch, so a manual trans knob with that threading will work just fine!

Threads are M10 x 1.25 pitch. I liked the look of the Tomei Duracon knobs, the one I got was 70mm in height. I can cut the rod down by upto 2 inches, but Im going to hold off doing that until I know for sure I like this knob. In order to cut it down, you'll need a M10 x 1.25 tap, which can be picked up at any Sears or hardware store. There is also a 90mm height version, which would hide more of the chrome rod.
