I know that feeling. I work on radars that don't always work the way they are supposed to. On top of that, having to explain to my supervisors why after 4 days I can't figure out what is broken, I have contemplated kicking something really hard just so I know what is broken. Hopefully you find an answer for it without losing your hair.

Well, I got the windshield installed! Does not look the best, but it's going to get replaced someday anyway. Wasnt as hard as I thought.
I'll post pics later... I didnt really take any, but I get some of it all glued down...

The one I had. I cracked it taking it out of the frame, but I dont have $400 to get a new one yet so I'll use this for the time being.

Well, I got some work done to it today/tonight.
-removed window tint from hatch and quarter glass
-boxed all the unused parts and cleared out the trunk
I also figured out that I have a 3 piece driveline... I was gonna try to build one, but its one complete mo'fo! So if any of you can find me a complete driveline, I need one!
Oh yeah! I also installed my power folding mirrors a few weeks ago.

You might be better off custom building a driveshaft. Three piece ones are for the most part heavy, complex, expensive, and unavailable on this continent. Ask me how I know.

For the cost of building one the right way, I'll hold out for the OEM one. I talked to some guys and they are saying $700 give or take. I'm sorry, thats just dumb when I can get another half cut with a motor, trans, and rear diff for $2000.

Well, I have had her on the road for about 2 months now. Still has a few bugs to wrk out, but I have, for the most part,been driving her daily.
This was building a cat-delete from an extra Pulsar exhaust a friend gave me that was not in the best shape.
Also... I got tired of waiting for people to find me carrier bearing straps/mounts so I built some.
First drive was to the gas station!
Then Red85celica, ags18, and I went to the Golden Gardens (disappointing for sure). This was 3 days after the first drive in over 6 years.
Found out she had the wrong injectors... had 270cc... needs 440cc's. So my buddy had a set of GTR injectors just sitting around.. LOL
How she looks today.
Went to my girlfriends place this last week and parked next to a Golf... HAHAHAHAHA
And then I found this on Friday.... Apparently, mu gas tank has a leak if filled over half. Tank needs to come out for repairs, but it's like pulling a tank in a Legacy, but even worse.
Nice I had a 88 Red Pulsar NX back in the day. I did miss it due to the T-Tops. I went thru the original motor and 2nd motor and both motor blew. I donated it.

Well, I've had a few problems with the Pulsar smoking at stop lights. Wasnt sure why, so I did a compression test.
Cyl #1-85 psi
Cyl #2-110 psi
Cyl #3-125 psi
Cyl #4-125 Psi
Low comp in #1. Not sure why yet.
I did pull the valve cover to see if there was anything messed up inside and I found a nice surprise! :smt026

Most likely has something like an HKS headgasket. I'm tempted to check out the bottom end to see if anything has been done there as well. We are thinking cylinder one might have a burnt valve, but not sure yet.
